Data We Collect
When a game is created and played, we collect the survey answers and peer questions that the host and players submit to build that game's mystery. If you join the Bluff Club mailing list, we collect your email address. That is the list.

How It's Used
Game data is used solely to generate and run your game: casting roles, writing dossiers, generating clues and story, and keeping every player's device in sync during play. Bluff Club email addresses are used only to send Bluff Club updates.

Retention
Game context data — survey answers, peer questions, and the material derived from them for a specific game — is kept only while the game is open. When the party closes, it is deleted. This mirrors the promise on our Privacy page because it is the same fact.

Your Dossier
Your own dossier and profile data are exportable by you. You can download them and reuse them to seed future games. Once exported, that copy is in your hands and under your control.

What Other Players See
During play, your private details stay on your own phone. Other players see only what the game reveals publicly. The host console is the only privileged screen in the game.

What We Don't Do
We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. This website uses no tracking pixels and sets no cookies.

Children
Guilty Party is designed for players 13 and older, with an adult host running the game.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
